Past the 100 blog posts - 05/25/07 09:00 AM
I checked my stats the other day and realized that I had just past the 100 blog post mark.    For those just stating to blog, this may seem like a lot of posts but for me it still feels like I am new at this.   Compared to some other who have been contributing on this site for a long time this is not a huge accomplishment but something I am a little happy about anyways.    I am very glad I discovered this site,  it has become an incredible source of information for me.
Cheers,

Manufactured Homes on leased land. - 05/18/07 12:30 PM
Hello everyone,
There was an article on NPR yesterday discussing the increasing problem of Manufactured homes owner having to move or sell their homes because the owner of the land is selling the lot to developers.  The increase in value has brought in this new dilemma in many states.
http://marketplace.publicradio.org/shows/2007/05/17/PM200705177.html
I have not seen this happening in Pasco county Florida but was curious as to how many agents are seeing this process taking place  where they live.
Regards,
Mario

Lemonade Stand for Mothers day. - 05/14/07 09:49 PM
Hello everyone.
We celebrated Mothers' day quietly this weekend.
On Saturday I worked in the yard and set up a Water stand for my son to sell some water bottles.  He had the idea from watching cartoon on tv and we set him up on the yard for everyone to see.
