I took the following notes while reading the Real Estate Broker Guide and thought I could share them with you for discussion. Fines--------If Broker or Associate Practiced Real Estate without renewing license (without a valid license) -> 3 yr suspension to license revocation If Broker employed an associate who does not have a valid active license -> broker pays penalty of $1000 and 90 day suspension up to 2 years. Hi everyone. I listened to a couple radio interviews tonight on my way home on NPR. They interviewed Florida' newly elected Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink about the recent changes in the insurance industry and the governement reaction to the crisis. As you all know what happens in the next months will have a big impact on the Real Estate industry in the state of Florida. Both article are very interesting.
