Today I had the pleasure of meeting a really nice couple.  They had looked at a house with the listing agent, and when they learned about representation, they decided it was time to get a buyer's agent.
From what they told me, they spent a lot of time reading websites, trying to get a feel for what the different licensees in our area were like. 
Then they read my blog, and started to see me as a real person.

Did everyone in Juneau wake up January 1 and decide that 2008 was THE year to buy real estate?   
I am starting to think so.  Actually, I kind of hope so!  When I've been really busy working, I've noticed a few things:
Laundry starts to pile up.When I get home, I have no idea what we are having for dinner.  Sometimes everyone else has already had dinner by the time I get home.The animals, even the cats, get clingy.  The husband does a little too!  LOLThings I volunteer to do start to overwhelm me (Why did I say yes?)The house gradually gets … (26 comments)
