I have started to notice that in the Birmingham (and surrouding markets), Alabama market the new construction foreclosures have started to deplete. I have also noticed that the banks are taking less offers than before. I know other areas of the US are still experiencing bad markets but the Alabama market has started looking up. In the past week I have written 5 offers on different properties. I will be able to work out at least 4 of them. I think that it is important for us (Realtors) to report any positive news that we can. With the media taking care … (0 comments)
