This market has really changed, not only at Lake Oconee, but everywhere else in the United States due to the subprime crisis and economic climate for the past 3 years. I don't know if things will ever be the way they were before. Many agents that were "Order Takers" are now looking for new jobs. Other agents are scratching their heads wondering what hit them?
