It is with hesitation that I use the following reference. As much as a Police officer hates to sit outside a donut shop, I dislike comparing our job to that of a car salesman. However, my experience and the results of my last car purchase got me thinking. There truly needs to be an honest, dedicated relationship between buyers and their Realtor, and I feel this process needs to be refined. We become your "personal assistant" so to speak during your transaction, and you wouldn't hire an assistant to work for you without interviewing them and following up with their references. … (3 comments)
