Wooden Bowl's To decorate your rustic mountain home. - 01/23/12 05:52 PM
Finding the right items to decorate your rustic mountain cabin or home can be challenging. There is a shop in Cleveland Georgia owned by Tony Greenway that can make some of the most beautiful wooden bowl's you will ever see. Here is a lint to his shop http://www.tesnateeturners.com/turning-store.php. His bowl's would make a wonderful center piece for your table of a focal point for any room. He can make any shape or size you need. Tony also builds custom cabinet's. He built mine out of oak over twelve years ago and they look as good as the day he installed them. If you (0 comments)
This bank needs a new attorney! - 01/16/12 09:12 PM
If this attorney worked for me doing foreclosures they would soon be out of a job. I am in the process of trying to buy this home for the 2nd time. The first time it cam on the market I put it under contract and it fell through because they foreclosed in the wrong bank name. The seller made me terminate the contract rather than extend it to give them time to re-foreclose. It came back on the market I put it under contract again. I just send in my 2nd request to extend the contract for 30 days because they have not (0 comments)

Pay off your home loan ASAP! You will be glad you did. - 01/08/12 05:38 AM
So many financial advisers tell people to take as long as possible to pay off their home loan. They talk about interest deductions, how great rates are and this and that. I disagree. I say 30 years is a long time to pay one anything. A lot can go wrong in 30 years. The borrower could loose a job. How many people work at the same place for 30 years now? The borrower could get sick, injured or even die. They could have a loved one get sick. Divorce or get married and the list goes on. I know of a (12 comments)
The Dahlonega Georgia December 2012 Real Estate Report. - 01/06/12 06:14 PM
As of January 6 2012 we have 211 single family homes listed for sale in First MLS. That is 10 less than last month. We show 26 more that are under contract. According to First MLS 13 homes sold in December. Seven or just over 1/2 of them were foreclosures. The highest sales price was $269,300, a home at 616 Deans Drive in Parks Ridge subdivision. The lowest was $32,500 a foreclosed mobile home at 312 Emeley Drive. It is interesting to note that the home on Emeley Drive was listed at $25,000 and sold for $7,500 above asking price. (0 comments)
I don't think this house is worth showing! What do you think? - 01/03/12 09:58 PM
Here is the story. Please let me know what you think. I get a text from one of my clients; he found a house in my listing book service he would like to see. That’s great we decide 2:30 would be a good time to look at it today. I check the showing instructions in the MLS. The remarks are "easy appointment with owner" There are two numbers to call the owner listed. That's great! The list price looks about right for a home in good condition in that area. I call both numbers around 10am, no answer. I left a (5 comments)
