Buyers are seriously looking to find their new home. A place where they can feel safe and raise their family. They are excited about seeing each home selected. Below are a list of things I have ran into on visits with my buyers. It is a list of What they do not expect to see...
 
1. A home that is not clean.
2. A yard that is unkept
3. Boxes on the floor and an excuse that the people living there are moving out. 
4. The sellers sitting at the kitchen table sipping coffee during the showing.

Margaret and Dan Byfield have created memories on their 40-acre Georgetown ranch. It was where they and their four children became a family at their wedding in 2003, a year after they bought the land. Construction on the house finished the following year.

The city of Austin has been given three months to dispose of four sites it owns along East 12th Street near downtown.
The land was bought with federal funds 13 years ago but is still undeveloped. Several private interests have attempted to buy or develop the sites — some prime for mixed-use — during that time, city officials said, but until now that wasn’t a conceivable option
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development notified the city in June of a Sept. 30 deadline as part of its efforts to bring long-standing projects to a close, said

Surprise of the Day! - 06/15/12 11:37 AM
Made my way to breakfast at the Hotel we are staying at in Dallas and ran into CJ Erickkson. CJ has worked with Blue October, U2 and other great bands. I know him because a year ago he recorded a single for the bands my kids are in Midnight Riot. You can listen to his work on the video below. The Girl singing is my daughter Amanda. Zak my son is on the drums. Enjoy. It was great to see CJ.

Currently visiting beautiful Dallas Texas. Going to a Ranger game tonight but could not resist this PICTURE OF THE WEEK. Tom Landry the legendary coach of the Dallas Cowboys has a prominate spot at the new stadium. The New Cowboy Stadium is just across the street from Ranger Stadium and walking distance form 6 Flags over Texas. There are tours avaialable of the stadium all during the week. I have had the privlege of watching two games in this new stadium. Visited the Pro shop while I was there. Anybody for a game of football in the park?
