Don't believe the market downturn hype - 04/07/07 05:29 PM
I just wanted to share my views on the current local real estate market. It seems everyday I read a new article written in a national publication about the "market bubble", "buyers Market", "Sub prime blow up", etc. etc.  The problem is these article are written for a national audience. Real estate is a local business. It always has been and always will be. There are very few factors with the exception of interest rates that impact real estate on a national basis.
