More Ridgewood Homes Go Under Contract or into Attorney Review... - 06/19/09 07:42 AM
...Than Are Newly Listed.  This is a Good Sign for Ridgewood Real Estate.

In the May 30th to June 12th period 18 Ridgewood homes were newly listed for sale but 20Ridgewood properties went under contract or into attorney review in the same time period.  This means Ridgewood is burning off more of what is already a pretty reasonable inventory level.  During the same time period 9 Ridgewood homes closed at an average sale price of $822,511.  There were also 17 homes with price changes during this time period.
