I just recently moved to Atlanta from Maryland.  Since moving here and getting adjusted it has been dificult trying to get business especially with the market.  I have look into lead generation companies and most seem like such a scam. When your new who has $200 a month or $45.00 per lead that may or may not turn into an actual deal.

I do not know a lot of people here in order to build a real contact database and to make things harder I work full time until my business builds enough that I can do real estate full time.  I really want to get into investment properties, flips and rentals.   I am with Solid Source Realty, which I think as a great structure.

I need help and advice where do I go from here as far as:

1. Marketing myself in unfamiliar territory.

2. Is it worth going through a lead generation company

I really want to make Real Estate a career, but need some help getting there.
