As I'm studying for my LEED® AP, I thought I would take a look at the current registered and certified LEED projects in Tallahassee, FL... the results were quite interesting!!!

For newbies and old-timers alike, Tallahassee Green Drinks has moved to the last Wednesday of the month (from the 3rd Wednesday). If you have not yet been to one, it is a great place for networking with other green-minded folks!

Just relaunched, GreenBuild365 is the USGBC's online portal to learning all about green building. Courses cover all aspects of LEED: schools, new construction, remodels, LEED for homes, etc...

Interestingly, in Tallahassee, were you to poll homelookers in the last few years on where they would most want to live, you would probably hear a long list of high-end neighborhoods on the far, far outskirts of town.

Thomasville, GA is a beautiful town and a lovely place to visit with the family for short shopping trips, or fine dining.
Not only is it full of one-of-a-kind boutique shops, restaurants, and old-south charm, but Thomasville also is host to many fine markets, fairs, and events.

I just read an article in the Tallahassee Democrat (it’s a few days old now, but when you’re a REALTOR these days, reading news is somewhat of a catch-up game) entitled “Because AIDS isn’t over”. …WHAT, It’s not!?
