 This is a picture of an ad for the condo project 55 WEST right near Church Street Station in downtown Orlando, Florida.
 
The poster is set about 2 stories up and is inside a window on the left hand side of a covered pedestrian walkway over Chuch Street.
 
 
I am sure the poster gets visablility, BUT:
It is set right next to the corner of the walkway near the adjoining wall. The poster is firstly inside the window.....not out on top of the bricks next to the window, more centrally located. Second...it is set INSIDE the facade of the colums making it harder to see. The … (17 comments)

Now here is a bit of news that is not so good....or if you are an investor....it might be nice...
I wrote about this a while back and it seems the Orlando Sentinel is backing me up with hard data.
 
 
In central Florida (Orange County and the surrounding areas) the year over year statistics for foreclosures has hit 106%

This is a picture of the tree I sat under at a Christian Mens retreat shortly after my dad died.
I was so close to loosing it because the pain of loosing my dad was so terrible.
A funny thing happened in the middle of that pain....
I called my wife on the cell phone;
She helped me through it.
That is one of the reasons I KNOW she was Gods choice for me;
She didn't say,"Chin up, shoulders back...tough it out, BE a MAN.." 
She knew I was hurting and met me where I was in my pain.

Now I know you know what makes this Space Shuttle keep going UP, right?
It's those two furry tails of FIRE coming out of those TUBES on either side of the underbelly of the ship, right?

Lately I have had so many times during the day that I have had ideas for a good blog.
BUT I did NOT write them down.

GEEZE..... how many times that has happened is staggering to me!
I would walk around just being me..not looking for anything special AND BOOM.....
An "Idea" would come to me for a REALLY cool topic to post here in "The Rain"....
I am beginning to wish my GREAT ideas would come to me ONLY while I am sitting here at the computer, hehehehe!

Things are changing for the better....more visibility and MORE leads are happening...
Central Florida Real Estate is seeing a real estate team that serves their customers AND works in an ethical way.

Meadow Woods is a community on the edge of Orange and Osceola Counties......gotcha didn't I..... it sits right in the middle of the two counties.  =-)
It is a middle income to low-higher income homes selling currently from about $250K to just over $450K.
There is a quite a mix of homes in the community with single level homes on up to homes with 3 stories.
Homes with wrap around driveways and 3 car garages can be found here along with screened in pools and many properties with other extras.

 What a wonderful thing that has happened to me:
 I made the move to a Keller Williams Realty office that will give me accountability and more productivity!
I am in the process of moving from the Keller Williams office that prompted me to join the company in the first place AND I am moving to an office with a Team Office Leader that told me she will make SURE I become a "Mega Agent" like she was when she was an agent.
The 1st reason I joined Keller Williams was for the constant training

This is a National Geographic picture of a rainbow appearing to be on fire....
This rainbow is NOT typical of MOST rainbows, is it? It appears bent and twisted by a brush stroke of the Creators hand.
The picture is not retouched to LOOK like that...the rainbow JUST exists that way.....
This wonderful rainbow spanned several hundred square miles of the sky and lasted for about an hour, according to the London Daily Mail.
 
Now.....as I have seen...there are LOTS of people who are lighting UP the Active Rain network.

Have you seen the top of the homepage for Active Rain lately?
The area for "most points agents" have been replaced by "Localism Beta" and "Ask an Expert..."
That is prime real estate on a webpage... 
In light of that change I am wondering out loud....
 
 How does "ASK an Expert" work?
How can We get the leads generated from it...?

Stocks, CDs, 401K, real estate? All, none or choose which one... - 03/01/07 12:19 PM
The recent 'blip" on the stock market has some people justifiably jittery.
Yesterday it lost 400 points......
Today it lost another 200, but bounced back 100 points for a net loss of over 500 points so far.
The economy did NOT do recently as well as economists predicted it did.... gaining a lackluster 2.2 % when they thought it did a more modest 3.4%.
The housing market is SLOWLY rebounding, but not at a great pace. Interest rates are at 5.77%......NOT a bad rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage with good credit
