I just got done with passing my 14 hours of continuing education through Bert Rogers Schools. I got a 97% --
WOOHOO!
I only missed one question...and frankly I really do not care which one I missed! Anything I do not know I can find out about, very easily -- thank you very much..... hehehehehehe!!
The thing that has gotten me so frustrated is that my license status has not been updated online in over 3 hours.... theDept. of Business and Professional Regulation website still says that my license is current and active until today....
uhoh!!

Bert Rogers here I come!! I am due for my 14 hour continuing education for the renewing of my real estate sales persons license in the state of Florida.
Would you believe I got the book for this in August last year from the Bert Rogers Company? I renew my license before April 1st every 2 years, as the real estate regulations in the state of Florida require us. When ever you get your license is when you need to renew (on THAT anniversary), they do not tell you to do it at your whim.

This community is called Sky Lake, and it is just north of the Florida Mall in southern Orange County.
Florida Mall has long been a tourist mecca, drawing thousands of visitors every year and they compete directly with The new Festival Bay Mall and the Prime Outlets Mall at the end of International Drive in the tourist corridor.
This area has LONG been misunderstood as a low wage, high crime area, BUT it is NOT that way at all.

There are 50 homes for sale in this medium sized communityin the north eastern part of Kissimmee. That is down from my last market report of 53.These homes vary in price from a low of $125,000 to a high of$299,000. The lowest price on the last market report was $139,900 and the highest was $264,000, so the lowest price has gotten lower and the highest price has moved up.

Hello again...after having my computer system die and building another one from scratch, here is the market report for Southchase in southern Orange county, Florida!
Here are the statistics month to month:

FINALLY.......after $300 and about a day and a half of finger nail biting and working my temper into a frenzy...
My new home built computer system works FANTASTICALLY!!
Here are the stats on it:

Hello everyone...... I am not gone.... I know I have not been around to administer the,"Christianity and Real Estate" group for the lest several days.....thanks for keeping the group going so well, everyone.....
I was tweaking my registry and something went very wrong...... My belkin wireless adapter i bought would not work after I rebooted the machine. So, I went back and re-installed the backup of the registry i "fixed" and the little sucker still would not work.
Then I tried reloading the driver for the adapter and that would not work either. SO, I backed up my documents, pictures and everything....and re-formatted … (13 comments)
