The Magic Basketball Team is NOW 2-0 for the first round of the playoffs!!
They are up against the Toronto Raptors....This Raptors team has even LESS playoff experience than the current Magic Team.
It is showing.....
The Magic won the first game 114 - 100The Magic won the second game 104-10394% of these best of 4 have closed out when one team has won the first 2 games.The Magic play tonight at 7:30PM in Toronto...and they are one of THEE best road teams in the league!
LETS GO MAGIC!!!

The Orlando Magic Basketball Team is once again in the playoffs!!!
AND they are SEEDED 3RD!
NOT 7TH OR 8TH!!!
AND they have won the Southeastern Division Championships.....AND......
For the first time in 12 years they have run up over 50 wins in a season!!
The only things playing against them are youth and inexperience in the post season.
According to the sages in the NBA....
Most players did not win a post season crown until they had at least 8 years of experience under their belts.Most if not ALL NBA franchises have won a post season title with at least ONE player aged 30 or more.The … (4 comments)

Here is another periodic Market Report for the Sky Lake community, in southern Orange County, Florida.
Sky Lake is right across the street from The Florida Mall, which makes GREAT shopping just a stones throw away. 
Florida Mall has long been a tourist mecca, drawing thousands of visitors every year and they compete directly with The new Festival Bay Mall and the Prime Outlets Mall at the end of International Drive in the tourist corridor.
This area has LONG been misunderstood as a low wage, high crime area, BUT it is NOT that way at all.

Lake Nona is a wonderful upper income area that is much like Hunters Creek was a while back, BUT the homes are MUCH bigger and much more luxurious.
There are only 25 homes for sale currently in Lake Nona....BUT....WHAT HOMES THEY ARE!!The starting asking price for one of these fine homes is $1,100,000... Since my last report (3/19/2008):
There are 50 homes offered for sale... there was no change from last months numbers.The low offering price is $115,900 (DOWN $14,100)and the high offering price is $299,000 (UP $35,000).Just like last month, the low price has gotten lower and the high price has gotten higher...

This is my periodic Hunters Creek Market report for 4/8/2008.
There are 144 homes for sale in Hunters Creek, DOWN  20 from165 homes last month. 8 homes have been sold in the past 30 days in this well kept area.
Maybe the good weather has sparked some imaginations, OR maybe the recent downturn of mortgage rates has gotten sellers interested in putting homes on the market and buyers out l;ooking for what is out there. In any event, there are homes selling in this wonderful area!
