Along with having been a licensed Minister for 15 years,I also sang in a singing Gospel Group, touring the eastern United States when I was in my 20s.
I have been in so many capacities in church it makes me nervous....hehehehe.....
Tonight I attended our Church Ushers Christmas Party, because currently that is what I do, until God tells me otherwise.

I LOVE the drip e-mail, the statistics, the back office....
 
I am increasingly frustrated by lack of:

I had been talking to Brad Andersohn about blog background colors and borders, since the way to achieve this simple, yet REALLY COOL look has changed.
As we looked for an HTML command to solve the issue, I took a search through ActiveRain to see if there was anyone who had solved this problem.
I had typed "Background color" in the search box in ActiveRain to find blogs about the topic.

Hello there!! This post will the show trends in the Orlando and central Florida real estate marketplace, as they are happening.

In November, the Orlando and central Florida real estate median sales price of about $167,000 declined over 28% when compared November 2007's median sales price of $234,900. It is also a decline of almost 5%when compared to the median sales price in October 2008 of $175,650.

Here is a glimpse into what the largest Christian group for real estate professionals in ActiveRain is like!

Seeing as the local central Florida real estate market is heating up, I decided to make a list of the homes that are in the MOST popular price range for central Florida:
That price range is in the $200,000 ~~ $250,000 range. Houses in this price range are FLYING off the shelves in record numbers!!
The homes I have chosen have THESE FEATURES:
Block, stone, brick or stucco exteriors They ALL have at least 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. They ALL include a dishwasher, stove, refridgerator, washer and dryer. This list includes Single Family Homes, Townhouses, Condos and Villas.

Have you ever spoken about real estate with an automobile customer service rep., pharmacy rep.,cellphone rep. or bank teller as they were doing THEIR job helping you?
(I ALWAYS make it a habit to try to weave in the subject of real estate with ANYONE I talk to.)
