Here is the Hunters Creek Market report for 3/31/2009.
Now as of late, the central Florida real estate market as a whole has been steadily heating up.
Since over 13 months ago, the real estate market in central Florida has done two things:
The prices of homes sold have GONE DOWN steadily. The amount of homes sold compared to last year has risen!  
Things are getting better and better out there and NOW is the time to buy a central Florida home, BEFORE the prices start to rise.

I LOVE the spell checker in AR...it does wonders for my occasional blunders in typing the english language.
BUT...if I could have a spell checker that checks everything AS I am typing, that would be WONDERFUL!!!
WELL GUESS what???
You CAN have that feature...and all you have to do is some simple clicks and other stuff.
 
First, please remember that if you screw up your browser settings, I told you how to do this right.... it's NOT my fault...hehehehe!

Orlando area home sales are continuing to experience an increase in activity. Members of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association were involved in the sale of over 28 percent more homes in February of this year than February of last year.

I was watching TV this morning and I stumbled upon the news networks covering a Senate Finance Committee hearing with Mr. Bernake.
He was giving them the reasons why the stupid moves were made to "bail out" the United States economy to the congressional members of the United States Senate Financing Committee.
