The Median sales price of central Florida properties has dropped to $128,000.00. This has been driven by foreclosures and short sales all over the central Florda area. Hey there everyone! 
I sent out a group e-mail asking for ideas for the group, since I felt it was changing a bit.
Since Active Rain has become monetized with members needing to pay $19.00 per month to get ActiveRains SEO benefits, the spirit of the network has changed.
Back several months ago, this was primarily a social network and the real estate business was energized by the interactions we had with each other. Now, I feel things have shifted.
Do we need to change our group a bit... or just keep on going the way we were?

Ever had this problem 'Access Denied'... I have the cure!! - 09/08/09 08:18 AM
Hello there!
Several weeks ago I downloaded drivers for my motherboard and SATA disk drive to upgrade my computer system. Upon rebooting my system, the mother board could not read the SATA disk and windows XP Professional would not boot up.For some odd reason, the drivers I had downloaded for the SATA disk were not compatable and the disk would not boot up.
I figured all I would have to do is get my old IDE HDD out of the closet, install it with a copy of windows from my originaldisk and then pull all my information from the SATA drives … (3 comments)
