The Magic won the first game 114 - 100The Magic won the second game 104-10394% of these best of 4 have closed out when one team has won the first 2 games.The Magic play tonight at 7:30PM in Toronto...and they are one of THEE best road teams in the league!

The Orlando Magic Basketball Team is once again in the playoffs!!!
AND they are SEEDED 3RD!
NOT 7TH OR 8TH!!!
AND they have won the Southeastern Division Championships.....AND......
For the first time in 12 years they have run up over 50 wins in a season!!
The only things playing against them are youth and inexperience in the post season.
According to the sages in the NBA....
Most players did not win a post season crown until they had at least 8 years of experience under their belts.Most if not ALL NBA franchises have won a post season title with at least ONE player aged 30 or more.The … (4 comments)

The statistics for last month show many owners of central Florida real estatewaited till the holidays were over to put homes on the market or re-list homes for sale. Historically this always happens, but there are some interesting things to look at:
The median home price has continued to declineand last month it declined by over $2700.00 from$225,000.00 to $222,250.00. That is not good for sellers, but it is GREAT for buyers.Along with the median property price decline, the home affordability index is over 100%. The December 2007 statistics finally show what I have been saying all this time:
There has been a decrease in the median home price that has brought the housing affordability index to 100%There has been a staggering reduction in the amount of homes for sale this past month.The median home sales price has DROPPED like a STONE to $233,900! That is a drop of $11,000! Along with that, the inventory of homes on the market dropped by 1,874 in one month.
That one, two punch shows that the market is starting to stabalize.

New home sales were UP in July nationally. How happy about THAT are you?
Sales of new homes were up 2.8 percent.Orders for big ticket items (refridgerators, washers, dryers etc.) were up 5.9 percent!Sales in the west nationally were up a staggering 22.4 percent!The southern United States did not do as well, increasing sales by only .6 percent.Sales fell 24.3 percent in the northeast sector of the nation....The midwest area saw sales down only .9 percent. 
Now -- Didn't I tell everyone that things were NOT that bad out there?
