I'm looking for prototypes for an operating agreement for a RE TIC. I know there have to be some out there in the Real Estate world. Anyone know of any other books beside Gene Trowbridge'? The primary need is to have buy/sell provisions, a mandatory sale on irreconcilable differences clause, and provisions for what constitutes grounds for termination … (2 comments)
