What do you think?  Have you ever had an issue where an inspector came into a home and conducted his normal termite inspection and could not determine whether or not there were active termites, let alone if there was any damage at all.  However, they put such a scare into the potential client that they want walls torn out to check for the damage because the inspector saw that some of the sheetrock was peeling and his thoughts were that he was very suspicious that termites caused the damage.  What is that about?  Do termites eat sheetrock?  I did some reserach … (3 comments)

Has anyone noticed if certain times of the year spark buyers and sellers?  Does it seem that school has anything to do with the housing market?  When summer begins, do the buyers come out of the closet?  I have heard that many buyers wait until thier children get out of school to look for a home.  I have to say that although it may make some sense, I don't find it to be true.  I guess for families that have children in summer school, buying a house is tough.  I hope that you all had a great summer.  Let's just hope … (6 comments)
