The Rural development loans that were very popular after Hurricane Katrina have been extended for St Bernard Parish. This is exciting for this area. The loans are extended through 2010. Many buyers are taking advantage of these phenominal loans and it is helping the community a great deal. Anyone having trouble with traditional loans should check this out. They are offering 100% fiananing with spectacular interest rates. I have many lenders that offer this and can make it happen fast. ;)
