WOW, it isn't hard enough to sell houses. What about trying to sell a property that has both Commercial and Residential on the same lot. Can anyone give me some advice as to how I can get a piece of prperty sold that is very unique. The location of the property is perfect for anyone looking to build a new retail strip, however, there are two homes on the property, it is a corner lot and the Commercial part faces a very busy highway with plenty of traffic.
