I always wonder why people post bad photos of homes ?  Why do the magazines hire photographers. Maybe its because they know people are stumulated visiaully. If they dont like the photos you most likely wont even get the call to show 
 

Make sure you are not looking at a window with your camera it will make everything dark in the room
Hold the camera chest high not eye level seems to get better coverage form floor to ceiling
Get the widest angle you can I use a 12-24 mil lens

Using More audio and video to connect with buyers and seller in Hampton Roads - 05/31/10 07:15 PM
Its seems the Hampton Roads area is in the stone ages. Maybe Im just an out of the box thinker but if you ask me people want ON DEMAND more and more these days. I have created a local Podcast so when people want to hear what I have to say they can do it on thire own time. Have you ever thought about Audio files as a way to connect ?
