It's a great discussion about how companies should respond and deal with online conversations. How do you maintain the integrity of a brand and enforce a policy form your company. I recently had an experience where a buyer client emailed me for information about a home. I googled the name, checked it with social media sites and found a profile. I'm not sure if you are discouraged with my efforts or simply making a statement. I am not able to get someone to pay more for your home than what they feel it is worth. Buyers will pass up your listing and move on if the price is not right. Many will look in the area for the most competitive home, see them first, then work up to higher priced homes. If they find a home in the budget they like there is no need to fight negotiations on something else.
