The summer real estate market is in full swing and Rocklin short sales continue to be a large factor.  Last month, a third of all homes sold in Rocklin were short sales.  Short sales in Rocklin are also proving to be a better deal than traditional sales, selling an average of $40k below regular sales.

Here is my latest Loomis short sale.  5529 Myrtle Drive is a Wells Fargo short sale.  I listed it last week and was so bombarded with calls and emails to see the house that I didn't even have time to write this blog about it.  I ended up with over 20 offers, many of which were very solid. Nationstar has the reputation of being difficult when it comes to short sale approvals.  Fortunately, I sold this Sacramento area short sale, successfully negotiated with Nationstar, and helped my clients avoid a foreclosure.
