It doesn't get better than a first-time home buyer closing escrow! It's even better when the house is a well-priced short sale in Folsom's beautiful American River Canyon North neighborhood. Doesn't this picture make you smile? I find it surprising that so many Folsom real estate agent's discourage their buyers from looking at short sales.
