Yes, I am in the so-called sunshine state. Located near Disney. I need to rant a little and complain to Active Rain, because my family is tired of listening to me, and I haven't vented enough.

If you cannot afford the fees or payment for a loan modification or loss mitigation program at this time, but still want to keep your home, there is an alternative for you.
