Currently there are only four active listings in the Fisher's Landing neighborhood. Average Days on market is 71 days. Average list price is $233,375. Average sq. ft of these homes that are active is 1693 sq. ft. These are the latest market stats for some of the areas in Clark County for the week of 1/1/2010-1/9/2010. These stats are just for residential homes for sale, including condos,manufactured homes, and townhomes. There is even a houseboat counted in these numbers! STATS FOR YOU RMLS CLARK COUNTY NEIGHBORHOODS AND AREAS! (1/1/2010-1/9/2010) I found it really interesting that two areas in Clark County had NO Pending activity and NO Solds activity: LaCamas Shores area neighborhood and also West Vancouver. Seven layer chocolate cake in Clark County!! Apple Strudel! Banana Cake Roll! Raspberry Poppy Seed Cake! Roses Bakery and Delicatessen Restaurant is AWESOME! We are so lucky to have Roses in Clark County. If you haven't been there yet, you are missing out!!! Our family has celebrated every graduation, wedding, birthday at Roses Restaurant, even when it was located in Portland, Oregon. We had favorite waiters and waitresses there.
