Has Clark County Washington housing market hit the bottom yet? Are we facing a Seller's Market in the near future?? No one can predict the bottom of the market, not National Association of Realtors, economists, the media nor Keller Williams. But I have now had about 14 homes in the last ten days that I've recently researched for my buyers to be determined as Pending.
