If you have ever heard from someone that was irritated because you did not reply to them. please read on. Our generations of "Boomers" and "Gen X", and "Y" are at ends with this dilemna. Many of you will find an appeal towards task managing with replying to a voice mail with either a txt msg, or e-mail. Preferences lean towards technology of basic service cell phones, and younger generaions with Blackberry multifunction communications. In observations of understanding individuals preferences we can bridge all our gaps by speaking the language of our recipients. Where possible, always respond in like manner. A voice mail phone call needs to be called back. An e-mail should be non-urgent, and e-mailed back. Text messages should be txt'd back. If we use this guide, you should have less frustrations from identifying the method you preferred to exchange that was not yet heard, or read. Bye!
