CITIZENS INSURANCE APPRAISALS
Due to the recent requirement changes by Citizens Insurance, all commercial insurance recipients are now required to obtain appraisals to determine the replacement costs of all insurable structures for insurance underwriting. These replacement cost appraisals are needed to determine the correct insurable coverage amounts, and must be submitted prior to approval and insurance binding. We have extensive knowledge of the underwriting guidelines and requirements required by Citizens Insurance's underwriting department. This allows our firm to complete quality reports much quicker than the normal appraisal office.
