Re: Your Heard it- Multiple Streams of Income - 05/08/08 04:20 PM
Being in any business is risky, and we now are feeling it in real estate. Personally it helps me on my online internet business. I still feel sorry for all of us. None of the commissions earned come easy. I mentioned earlier I have a small organic farm with 175 acres. That provides some income. I'm also in the Wellness Industry, that still is a boomong market. Why? Ask the baby boomers, and I'm one of them that want to stay healthy and active. Check this out at www.RonsCashCow.net now. Ron Streed, real estate broker in State of Minnesota (0 comments)

Have multiple streams of income could be an answer. Do you do more then sell real estate? If not , why not. Real Estate has always gone in cycles. I have a smaller organic farm (175 acres), plus I do referral based marketing on consumerable products.I keep busy all the time. Sure I'm concerned about my real estate business, but it is not a something that will make be fold. Whether I can help you, or not, don't rely on just real estate sales. Build another source of income that will always make sense. I work this part time www.toxicterminator.net Ron (2 comments)
Isn't life a challenge everyday. The workload keeps on increasing in your life. This is off the top of my head on a late Monday afternoon. I keep so busy with the real estate, that I have to find other things to help out. So I do a little oraganic farming , plus work in a referral based marketing concept on everyday consumerabe products.
This may not be for you but I need meaning in my life, as owning my own franchise, doesn't mean anything when you want to sell out.
