The second quarter saw strong sales activity, with 3 sold and 1 pending at the close of the quarter and another pending at this time. In fact, after the close of the quarter another unit (upstairs 2/2) sold that wasn’t even listed on the MLS! There are only 5 active listings at this time, which we believe is a low for Aina Nalu. At the current sales pace of 1 per month, we have 5 months of inventory, which is on the low side and indicates prices may be rising.
