Construction, Construction Everywhere in Waikiki According to a recent article in the Pacific News Journal online, "Understatement of the week: Waikiki is a mess — construction-wise, I mean.""The City and County of Honolulu’s sidewalk-improvement project has meant seeing a good chunk of the heavily-trafficked Kalakaua Avenue walkways being ripped up to get spruced up. Hawaii Judges Hold Keys to Foreclosure Issue According to an article written by Netra Halperin the online edition of the "Maui News", "Fannie Mae, one of Hawaii's largest mortgage holders, just announced that it would forego mediation and instead attempt only judicial foreclosures.
