There are quite a few condominium buildings located in Waikiki that also operate as hotels.  For those condo onwers who choose to place their condo in the hotel rental pool, a good Property Management Company is very, very important.
There are primarily two major organizations that manage the vast number of condotels in Waikiki and Honolulu................ Aston Properties and Aqua Hotels and Resorts.
