Friday Foto - Such A Picture Perfect Day Today, Good Friday turned out to be an absolutely picture taking perfect day. The sun was shining brightly almost all of the day. Who could resist the opportunities that presented themselves. Not us! So out came the camera, so we could share the day and view from our side of the fence.

Better Get Home And Lock The Doors-Friday FotoWow, driving home after finally finishing the day, our way was lit by this huge full moon, low in the sky.  The 39 - 40 mph wind was blowing so strong it rattled the windows and makes you feel icy cold inside.

Friday Foto - Stay In Your Car If You Are In An AccidentDriving north on Highway 11 today on a beautiful sunny day quickly turned into blurring white outs across the roadway. A white knuckled drive seemed to get the best of a southbound tractor trailer, it was turned over on its side in a ditch.  The police were just starting to set up their flares and emergency vehicles were making their way to the site.

Friday Foto, Escaped....For Now....We had visitors drop by today, and they were all excited and happy to have escaped our fellow Americans Thanksgiving! This is what these visitors were talking about as we were feeding them their usual corn....Gertrude was saying "Tom called the other night from the United States and said he doesn't understand why people want to eat Turkey for Thanksgiving when chicken is so much better! He reminded us that Christmas is coming up in a few weeks and we better find a hide away!"
