Congratulations To Me! We've been enjoying the good life and a good diet, it was the popular 'see food diet'. We see food, we eat food. It didn't matter what it was, cake, chips, burgers, fries. It didn't matter how late in the day or whether we'd just finished a big meal. There was a problem with this diet plan though, it made our clothes pinch. There was also a more serious problem and even worse than the health problems that would be accumulating. You see, our grandsons are avid roller coaster riders and they love company on these rides. Don't Quit Last night was one of those nights, hit the pillow and was gone, that is until 3:30 am and the peepers popped open. They say the brain never sleeps and at 3:30 in the morning you really find out that is true. Tossing and turning, trying to go back to sleep, but that old brain won't shut up. "You might as well stop picking those dandelions you will never win", thanks brain, aftering picking hundreds of dandelions you want me to stop. Friday Foto - We Can Get To The End We took this shot the other day over at the park with the grandkids. To go from one end of these bars to the other requires a lot of strength and a strong will.

A WEEK AGO WE CELEBRATED THE ARRIVAL OF 2010, HAVE YOU VISUALIZED IT? What have you done so far to make this year the '10' it is claiming to be? We gave this a lot of thought as we drove the miles and miles back home from beautiful southern Florida.Honestly, we have yet to sketch write our road map for 2010 down, which we know is a mistake so will be getting to that very soon. As we were heading home after a very nice reprieve our minds returned to the business that would be at hand.As the miles and miles of pavement past under our tires, my mind couldn't help but think of home; all that was waiting there and it wandered back to this New Year's promises.
