curb appeal: Tips for Preparing to Sell, on the Today Show

It's not often I get to sit and watch television in the morning. I left NBC on this morning in the living room while catching up on emails. It was just loud enough that I could hear what was going on if I tuned in. Thankfully, my ears perked up at the perfect time as the clip with Barbara Corcoran on the Today Show came on. I heard something said about 'Curb Appeal' and quickly stopped what I was doing to sit for a minute and watch. If you didn't get to tune in...take a peak.
