Typing in the dark ~ an acquired skill

I am certain that I am not the only one with this problem:  I've worked a full day but although I am exhausted I couldn't beat my brain to death with a big stick, if I tried! After tossing and turning for almost two hours, I finally gave up and at 12.30am,  I find myself BACK at my computer, but because I don't want to wake the whole family, the only light is that coming from the computer screen!

True,  I could sit here playing Solitaire or similar, but those articles, blogs and e-mails do so nag at me because they MUST get done! Make no mistake, I am no touch typist and sometimes I chuckle at what appears on the screen when I hit a string of incorrect keys but even a blog typed slowly and at times in reverse, is better than no blog at all!

Anyone else out there a 'dark keystroker'?
