Well the snow has finally cleared off our streets here in Greenville, and I hope you a great year so far in 2011. The following are the Greater Greenville SC residential real estate market statistics for the month of December 2010.
Sold There were 447 homes sold in the Greater Greenville MLS for the month of December. This number represents a 9.7% decline from the 495 units sold in December 2009. The total closed sales Year-to-Date(YTD) from January 1st to December 31st 2010 was 6530, a 3.7% decline from the 6785 units that were sold during the same period in 2009.
