If you've ever been interested in attending a BarCamp conference, this video attempts to capture the essence of what a BarCamp is all about.  Essentially, it is an UNconference driven by the interests of the participants.  If you are wondering what THAT is like, watch the video.  They are generally free, and draw very respected speakers from all over the US.
