 There are some great new things on the addenda.   1) Energy / Green Fair in Fredericksburg. 2) How to keep track of your mileage? 3) Create a website that provides a income! 4) Lowes Realtor Benefits!

The Green/Solar/Wind/Energy Fair was very well laid out and lots of good information was available.  Here are a few items that really I personally found interesting.  

• Solar Hot water heaters
• Reduce your electricity bill be removing the spikes
• Never pay for laundry soap again!
• Thermal/magnetic windows to reduce drafts and cuts heating/cooling
• Electronic water treatment system for hard water in wells
• New wind Turbine for Home use
• Windmills for Home use
• Convert you Diesel guzzler to veggie as easy as 1-2-3. Also not too expensive either!
• Thermal heating/cooling.

Also I am working on launching a website to provide links and more information to each areas of the industry with great blogs.

 2) TAX TIME is coming! For those that love to find solutions like I do to make life easier for tax time, I found a gizmo that helps track mileage. Since as a independent contractor or small business needs to keep mileage for every thing, this does lots of the work for me. It is a GPS tracking and a online log system.
