Frisco's area is roughly 1,100 acres and according to town numbers at the end of 2005, only about 45 acres, or 4% remain undeveloped.  Subtracting the town's 9.4-acre panel that is currently undeveloped, there are only 35 acres left for new development.

BRECKENRIDGE SKI RESORT AND TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE SIGN MASTER PLAN GUIDING DEVELOPMENT THROUGH 2023
The Town of Breckenridge has approved the revised Master Plan for Breckenridge Ski Resort which will guide ski resort development for the next 20 years.  Highlights of the plan include new housing to be developed on Peaks 7 & 8, and gondola construction to join the town and the resort, to be completed by the 2006-07 season.
