Frisco Colorado New Construction - 10/28/07 10:32 PM
Frisco Development Frisco's area is roughly 1,100 acres and according to town numbers at the end of 2005, only about 45 acres, or 4% remain undeveloped. Subtracting the town's 9.4-acre panel that is currently undeveloped, there are only 35 acres left for new development.
Since January 1, 2006, some of the residential projects that are currently under construction, have been completed or are slated for development are as follows:
Sawmill Building at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Granite Street; plans are for 5 residential units.

Breckenridge Colorado Master Development Plan - 10/28/07 08:59 PM
BRECKENRIDGE SKI RESORT AND TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE SIGN MASTER PLAN GUIDING DEVELOPMENT THROUGH 2023 The Town of Breckenridge has approved the revised Master Plan for Breckenridge Ski Resort which will guide ski resort development for the next 20 years. Highlights of the plan include new housing to be developed on Peaks 7 & 8, and gondola construction to join the town and the resort, to be completed by the 2006-07 season. The Master Plan agreement has already allowed the ski resort to proceed with the construction of two new state-of-the art, high-speed lifts the Peak 8 SuperConnect and the Independence SuperChair on Peak (2 comments)
