Summit County Co Market Update Summit County residential real estate sales are up and prices are either flat or down.
The North side of the county has sales that are up 4% and prices that are down 9%. The South side of the county has sales that are up 36% and prices that are down 6%. When both sides of the county are combined the county as a whole results in a 16% increase in the number of listings sold and a 5% decrease in the average sold price.
