Since the mortgage market according to the news is so volatile I have been running into a lot more clients who have and are willing to put down money. Sellers Assist In Centre County....To Assist Or Not To Assist - 02/03/08 04:25 PM
To date being Sunday February 3rd, 2008 their have been a total of 76 closed transaction in Centre County that includes everything from residential to land and commercial. Only starting my 2nd year in the business I find that 90% of my purchase clients need sellers assist and those that don't have EXCELLENT credit, a steady income, and great assets. Centre County has closed 76 total transactions thus far and 25 YUP you heard it right folks 33% of these transactions included some kind of sellers assist weather it was 1% or paying homeowners associations. I've seen many sellers turn down
