Thats right! Conforming lenders have stopped doing 100% Financing. And thenew guidelines will require a borrower to have a 680 fico credit score for97% financing. If your borrower does not have a 680 they will be maxed at95% and must have atleast a 620.I am here to help you out if you have any clients currently interested in100% financing with 3% sellers assist.
