FHA Reform/Brokers Ability to offer - 10/25/07 09:18 AM
Does anyone have any updates on the FHA reform where brokers will be allowed to offer FHA loans by a larger bond( with out being subjected to yearly audits and the networth)?  I contacted my surety bond issuer and they have had a lot of questions but know  NOTHING about this.  Is it a surety bond that needs to be raised or a fidelty bond that will be required?  Please post and let me know if you have any information on this!  Thanks!

Food Drive! You CAN help! - 10/11/07 05:05 PM
Just wanted to announce that Athens Mortgage Bankers is partnering with Food Bank of NorthEast Georgia and holding a FOOD DRIVE!
Peanut Butter, Soups, Canned Vegetables, Canned Fruit, Chili, Canned Pasta, Tuna, Baked Beans, Canned Chicken, Cereal, Beef Stew, Rice, Pasta & Sauce, and Dried or Canned Beans.
Drive will Run 2 months.  We will collect and Turn in all food at November 2 meeting We will continue drive and turn in remaining cans/food on December 7 at  our monthly meeting.  I will be happy to bring containers/signs out to you  or to come and pick up donations.  Please clean out your pantry and encourage your family/friends/clients … (1 comments)
