We had a closing on Friday. During the walk-thru, the buyers and I were disgusted in the condition the house was left. The sellers had left trash everywhere, they had not vacummed, mopped, wiped down counters, etc. The sellers had not removed dusty, fake plants from the windows, and there were spiderwebs covering many of the walls and the ceiling. Not exactly the "Welcome Home" the buyers had hoped for. The sellers were excused by their agent and even the buyers because, "Bless their hearts... they're old".
