I visited the Skamania Lodge in Stevenson yesterday. It's fun to stop by, have some lunch, enjoy the craftsmanship and detail of construction-stone fireplaces, clear verticle fir wainscoting, slate floors, ..... and the awesome gorge & River views looking east with Wind Mountain in the distance. Quite a difference from the site I remember
